Globalization discussion and exhibition at ex-Aduana

Tonight, Wednesday, March 12at 7 pm juarez time there is the opening of an exhibit at the ex-Aduana called “America; la diversidad en discusion.” according to the invitation, cultural diversity has undrgone major changes since the time of the arrival of the Spanish and now is the time to enter into a discussion in the face of globalization. In order to consider and reflect on how to best deal with maintaining cultural diversity in a time of globalization there is this exposition opening with the help of Voces Indigenas and a presentation of la Banda de Ninos Mixtecos.
According to a recent report there are some 42 languages being spoken today in Juarez. This should be a great exhibition. It would be nice if El Pao had even the faintest clue about any of this rather than continuing to foster stereotypes.

Este noche, Miercoles, Marzo 12, a 7 pm en Juarez a la museo ex-aduana hay el aperatura del una exposicion llamada America; la diversidad en discusion con apoyo de la fundacion Voces Indigenes A. C. conaremos con presentacion de la Banda de Ninos Mixtecos.
De la invitacion: La diversidad cultural ha experimentado grandes cambios a partir de los espanoles y ahora vuelve a entrar en discusion frente a el reto de la globalizacion. Es por ello que requerimos reflexionamos, acercarnos al otro en las diferencias y las semejanzas a fin de conocernos, respetamos y valoramos para orientamos hacia acciones futuras responsables y creativas que permita afianzar la diversidad cultural en estos tiempos de globalizacion.-david sokolec
