Brenda Kingery calls her show “Journey” and she paints themes based on her travels to Honduras, Mexico and Uganda where she teaches in the ‘Hands of Hope” project. She teaches women there various craft techniques and comes away with inspiration for her art.
She will give a talk about her work on Thursday at 12:00
Rosario Ponte’s “Rostros de Ninos” features her commissioned portraits of El Paso and Juarez children.
