Congrats to Revista Coroto

Wanted to congratulate the team at newly founded Revista Coroto in El Paso for successfully achieving their funding goals on kickstarter last Thursday. The magazine, available online and in hard copy is the brain child of three MFA UTEP graqd students, Daniel Centano Maldanado, from Venezuela,  Daniel Rios Lopera, from Colombia, and Diego Bustos Deaza, also from Colombia, whose aim is to bring the best of Latin American writers to the world at large. All three have impressive credentials.The first issue can be found online at their website,RevistaCoroto.com I should add that it is in Spanish, natch. Here’s hoping this is the first of a long series of successful publications for them.-David Sokolec
